Mcfly know how to put on a show. They have been doing this for 23 years so of course they know just what people want. The energy and stage presences is off the charts. Dougie, Danny and Tom all run around the stage, swapping sides, using each others mics, interacting with the crowd. Its joyous. Don’t be fooled by thinking McFly are just an aged boy band. I mean, they kind of are, but they are also much more than that. They are so talented. The music is guitar heavy and Toms playing is phenomenal, Dannys voice is really powerful and the rhythm section of Harry and Dougie is perfect and the song writing is outstanding. Tom told us they were going into the studio the next day and there will be a new album soon.
During ‘Obviously’ Tom changes the lyrics to “She’s got a boyfriend, He drives me ’round the bend, ‘Cause he’s 43, he’s in the marines, He’d kill me”
A fan was spotted with a sign saying ‘Future Harry Judd’ and the toddler with them had a shirt saying the same thing. He fell asleep, but Danny noticed he was awake and Harry hopped down to say Hi and get a photo. We then heard that there had been a proposal . . . She said Yes!!
Seeing McFly live is a wonderful event and if haven’t, you absolutely should go. You will know far more songs that you think you do and you will honestly been blown away.
As for McFly V Busted? Theres no contest, McFly win every time and Charlie Simpson can carry on being Mr President.
